Peachtree Rock Falls is the southern most waterfall in South Carolina.
Driving Directions
From Lexington, South Carolina. From the intersection of US-1, head south on SC-6 for 9 miles and turn right onto Edmund Highway. Drive 1.5 miles and turn left onto SC-6. Drive 1 mile and turn left onto Peachtree Rock Road and park at the kiosk on the right.
From Swansea, South Carolina. From the intersection of US-321, head west on SC-6 for 7.5 miles to a traffic circle and take the 2nd exit to stay on SC-6, continue for 1.6 miles and turn right onto Peachtree Rock Road and park at the kiosk on the right.
Hiking Directions
From the parking. Follow the sandy trail into the woods for 300+ feet to where it curves right, continue following it for 450+ feet to a footbridge over a dry creek bed. Once across continue following the trail for 340+ feet to a T-intersection and head left. Follow the trail for 540+ feet to the fallen Big Peachtree Rock, continue around the rock to the waterfall in 240+ feet.
